inspired by the feeling of a new camera...this night belonged to me. Let this shot be one that showers down many more with my newly inspired and fresh feeling.

When the light hits the dark pitch black colored gravel parking...after a mid-August summers rain.
It hasn't rained in weeks, the city becomes calm and all the animals come out to sing.

For this shot I was told to get off private property. I knew it was going to happen as soon as I saw the white truck. Too bad I had already snapped off over 70 shots with my new Nikon D70, sitting on its tripod while I adjusted the settings quickly and easily for the perfect shot.

I love this shot. The blues, the yellows. The grass in the flooded water filled parking lot, the steam rising off the power plant, the reflections...and oh my...how the sky goes on forever...
