blue catastrophe

Well, it's been awhile.

It's bothered me how badly I've taken my Dad passing away.

So, this is where my poem begins.

...but, death on the other hand can be a beautiful thing.
It hurts so deeply and badly for so long, you experience uncontrolable emotions and deep withered feelings that you never knew you had.
Strange images fill the brain like a summer nights fog.
Every smell, contains something you once remembered.
When the day begins...your thoughts start with a memory.
Tears fall, they fall so hard that you eventually run out and feel no emotion at all.
Pain and sorrow...so intense that you can't believe your own thoughts.
the Catastrophe isn't over, your heart has only begun to rip from your chest.
The now lost future, seems too distant to even go on.
Wasting away...are things you once belived in. Dreams, hopes and memories you both shared.
...but, you must move on for this death, this torture is life...the hardest memory yet.

I haven't done anything with art lately and this was something I managed to do...but never got around to posting.

To make things better, my camera just broke and I don't even have that to encourage me. So upset about that too.
Buy tons of prints and I might have half the money I need to buy a new one.
